I was walking to the bank yesterday and I passed somewhere with high walls and broken glass on the top there was a sign which I will reproduce as it was written. I didn't have my camera with me but I'll try and get back there before I move on.

Apparently India is a little village near the borders of Scotland and another country. Vietnam I think or maybe Peru? You get there by flying for almost ten minutes. When you are there you have to spend lots of time on the toilet thinking that your insides are about to be outside. There are people there too. Some say as many as 100. If I am hungry I might nip home and get a curry.

- NOT having sand in every nook, cranny and orifice!
- Sausages
- Pies, fish suppers and lots of other food
- Pavements
- The rest of my clothes
- My washing machine
- White clothes that are white!
- Needing a duvet and not a getting wrapped up in a mossie net when you need a pee during the night

- Haggling over 10 rupees (12p)
- My favourite - so far. "You want shoe shine sir? Very cheap." I was wearing flip flops!
- Buying food on the street without a clue what it is just for the fact it's freshly cooked therefore OK
- Being shaved for 10p
- Indian prices
- The weather
- The food
- The whole Indian train fiasco
